In my fifteen years of working as a Construction Administrator, I ask the question, how has it changed over the years? What will CA look like in the next 5,10, and even 20 years from now?
With computers advancing each year, we now have the luxury of carrying one around in our pocket. With this power at our side, we still find ourselves returning to the office to complete any field review and CA-like tasks. What if this could be streamlined directly on-site?
In this session, we will cover best practices for your day-to-day CA daily tasks. This will include how to position you as the prime as opposed to letting the general contractor run the project. We, as Architects, Coordinated Registered Professionals (CRP), designers, and even owners, need to maintain control throughout the project CA process.
