Kristina Youngblut

Kristina has spent more than 20 years helping architects, engineers, and builders navigate the ever-evolving world of BIM. She’s passionate about making technology work for people, not the other way around. Whether developing standards, refining workflows, or integrating new tools, she’s always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to support the AEC industry.  

As a BIM Coordinator at CIMA+ and co-founder of BIMworkshop Inc., Kristina works at the intersection of strategy and technology, helping teams manage project data seamlessly. She’s also an Autodesk Expert Elite, an AUGI Board Member, and the driving force behind the ‘A Tip a Day’ Community-Driven Project, an initiative dedicated to sharing knowledge and practical Autodesk tips daily during 2025.

For Kristina, BIM isn’t just about software. It’s about collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning. Whether writing, speaking, or mentoring, she’s committed to helping the industry grow by making complex processes simpler and more accessible.
