Nish Patil

Nish Patil is the Group Product Manager at RIB North America, where he leads the vision and strategy for digital specification solutions that connect design, documentation, and construction. With a background spanning construction management, technology, and product development, Nish brings a unique perspective on how collaboration and innovation can transform the way specifications are written and managed.

Before joining RIB, Nish worked across multiple roles in construction and tech, blending real-world site experience with cutting-edge software development. At CSI 2025, Nish shared his mission to “make spec writing cool again” by humanizing the process, empowering teams, and building tools that bring architects, engineers, and contractors closer together.

Nish is passionate about collaborative intelligence, sustainability, and the next generation of digital workflows that bridge the gap between design and delivery.
