Ryan Stoltz is a Principal at Structures, a leading structural engineering firm based in Austin, Texas. With over 15 years of experience in design, construction, and project leadership, Ryan is known for bridging the gap between technical rigor and real-world constructability. He has led structural design efforts on a wide range of project types, including K–12 schools, civic facilities, higher education campuses, and commercial developments.

A licensed Professional Engineer and LEED Accredited Professional, Ryan brings a sustainability-minded lens to every phase of design. He’s a strong advocate for early coordination between architects, engineers, and contractors, especially on complex projects involving exposed concrete, mass timber, and innovative material strategies.

Ryan has become a thought leader in the application of performance-based concrete specifications, working to reduce construction RFIs and clarify intent through measurable benchmarks and practical field knowledge.
